Welcome to Sirsasana. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App") and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Sirsasana offers both free and paid subscription services. The specific features and pricing of these services are described within the App.

b. Payment:
If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription in a timely manner. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

c. Automatic Renewal:
Your subscription may automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription settings within the App or through your device's account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership:
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Sirsasana or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

b. License to User Content:
By submitting content (e.g., comments, feedback) to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Services.

6. Termination

a. Termination by You:
You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the App from your device and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription.

b. Termination by Us:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability to you. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sirsasana and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
